To secure an appointment a £50 deposit is required. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Do I Need a Consultation Before Treatment?
Yes. It is important to meet during a face to face consultation (first one is FREE), to discuss your requirements, your expectations, your medical and cosmetic history and to examine the treatment area before treatment can be advised. Dr Hana does not offer phone or email consultations.
Which Treatment Is Right for Me?

Is There a Deposit?
To secure an appointment a £50 deposit is required. In the event of a check up or consultation, this will be refunded to you at the appointment or be deducted from your treatment charge. The deposit will not be refunded if the appointment is missed or cancelled without giving 24 hours notice.
Can I Cancel or Reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Are There Treatments You Do Not Offer?
We DO NOT offer filler treatment for tear trough (under the eye) or the temples. We reserve the right not to treat, if the treatment is deemed inappropriate or not suitable.
Are Treatments Refundable?
Terms and conditions apply, all treatments are non-refundable.
