Complaints Procedure

We want to hear if something has not gone right, so we can put it right.

Last updated 30 October 2026

Key Points

  • Tell us in whatever way suits you.
  • We acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
  • We give you a full written reply within 20 working days, or explain why it is taking longer.
  • Making a complaint will never affect your care.
  • If you are still not satisfied, we explain where you can go next.

Our Commitment

We will listen, look into your concerns openly and honestly, apologise where something has gone wrong, and tell you what we will do to put it right.

How to Complain

You can complain in person, by phone on 0203 872 2403, by email to info@drhana.co.uk, or by post to Suite 1, 57 Salusbury Road, Queen's Park, London NW6 6NJ. Someone can complain on your behalf with your written consent. Please tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 12 months, but we will consider later complaints where reasonable.

What Happens Next

Your complaint is handled by Dr Hanieh Mimeh. We acknowledge it within 3 working days and send a full written reply within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated. [To confirm: whether a complaint about clinical care can be reviewed by an independent clinician]
